Return & Refund Policies of YANA JEWELS.

• To return your product you have to contact us once.
• Once the Return Order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back within 7 days after Yana Jewels approval according to the instructions provided.
• You must have to follow our process, without that if any issue’s occurs with your order we will not responsible for that.
• While you will return your Jewelry we are not responsible if your parcel lost or for on hold by custom department.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, damaged or without invoice. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at support right away if anything is damaged, defective or missing. You can contact us at info@yanasilver.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

• Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
• If the order is placed during a sale and is returned to us, only the amount you paid will be refunded; the current product price will not be included.
  
  

Exchanges

• Once the Order Exchanges Request has been received and reviewed, if we find any misleading things regarding your order we will reject your request of cancelation.
• The return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back according to the instructions provided.
• Please email us the details of the new item(s) you would like in exchange for your returned order, and we will set up the new order in your account.
• In the case the exchange order isn't over $100 of the original order, there is a $15 shipping fee.
• In the case the exchange order value is less than the original value of the original order your order will be not applicable for the exchange purchase.
• Your item must be returned with all tags attached, unused, without damages and in the exact condition that you received it. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. 
• The exchange will be initiated after the product is received. Exchanges take 6-7 business days to process. You shall receive the new shipping details once we receive the original product at the warehouse. 

Cancellation Policies

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 
• Custom or personalized order is not eligible for cancelation.
• If further work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.
