Return and Refund Policy

At Yana Jewels, we aim to make returns and refunds hassle-free for orders placed on our website, www.yanajewels.com. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning or exchanging items purchased from our store. Please read the details below carefully.

 

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. You can request a return for a refund within 21 days post-delivery. If 21 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging, including all documents shipped

  • Not a customized, personalized, or engraved item, as these are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 1-2 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at yanajewels1@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at yanajewels1@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and shipping a replacement.

 

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received and approved. A gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

 

Shipping for Returns

To return an item, email us at yanajewels1@gmail.com to receive the return address and instructions. You are responsible for:

  • Paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable

  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: We do not accept returns shipped to unauthorized addresses or sent without prior approval.
